TRB Health is not a “Diet Company.” However, over the years we have found a few supplements that tend to work for most people if used along with exercise and diet. When we say "tend to work" we are actually being rather modest about our weight loss results.

Exercise, along with a reduction of calories is also different and unique for each person.

Exercise should be 20 minutes daily and match your physical condition. A 20-minute walk can do wonders for weight loss.

Diet needs to be in line with your body, age and size. Let’s face it; if you are 6’ 6” tall you will undoubtedly need more than 2,000 calories a day. No matter your size, if you are consuming 5,000 calories a day and you drop your calorie intake to 2,000 a day you will probably not feel well for a long period of time. Your body will need to adjust.

Reducing calories gradually and exercising in a manner that does not throw your entire body out of balance is critical for success.

The select diet supplements we offer fit perfectly with the above and will help augment weight loss and help keep the weight off.

REGULAR PROGRAM
