This diet IS Not an all liquid diet! You eat food and you have a small snack between meals if you need the food. You will probably find you can actually replace a meal with the diet drink and not crave food or need to maintain your energy. You eat right, eat smart, go for a 20 minute walk each day if you can and drink one or two of the diet drinks each day.
The Diet
The One Week Diet System is a different approach to weight loss.
It was named "One Week" because if you faithfully follow the steps, you can expect to
see results after just one week.
It is
not
a no-carb diet
It is not
an appetite suppressant diet.
It is not
a prescription drug diet.
It is
a program of moderate exercise and a sensible diet together with an
all-natural meal replacement liquid that doubles as a digestive cleanse.
To lose weight, you may need to cut your calorie intake.
There is no shortcut to healthy weight loss. If you have already reduced your
calorie intake it may just take a little change in the foods you are eating.
The program is about helping you do so without feeling
hungry or deprived.
This program is not a fasting program. It is important
for your health that you eat at least one nutritious, well-balanced meal per
day, such as for dinner (about 600 to 800 calories). You should have another
smaller meal - about 400 calories - for breakfast or lunch. You need to be the
judge on your calorie intake to support your body.
The trick to reduce calories is to eat less calorie-dense
food.
FOODS YOU CAN ENJOY
Proteins: Chicken (broiled or grilled),
fish (steamed, broiled or grilled), or other lean protein.
Vegetables:
A good serving of green vegetables is an excellent choice. You can also eat
other vegetables but the greenies are the best! Broccoli, asparagus, celery,
lettuce, spinach, zucchini are a few other excellent vegetables to consume.
Beverages: Water, mineral water,
herb tea.
Snacks: If you feel hungry during the
day, you should have a snack. Eat half a cupful of green vegetables or some
almonds (raw, not salted or roasted). Eat raw green vegetables or uncooked
carrots. Make sure you do not go hungry.
Avoid: Sugar, bread, beans, rice,
starchy food such as potatoes and rice, wheat or corn-based products, cheese,
and dairy products. If you eat eggs, limit to no more that 1 or 2 a day.
If you need to cheat on the diet, do
so and then get back to thereafter and don't be hard on yourself.
Weight loss can happen!
Choose Your Plan
1-Week Intensive Program
If you need to lose the maximum weight in one
week, the intensive program consists of two servings of the liquid meal
replacement each day. You take one serving during the morning, and another in
the afternoon.
2-Week Program (1 bottle Liquid Meal Replacement and 1 Afterburner bottle)
If you have less weight to
lose, a two-week program may be all you need to do. It consists of one bottle
each of the Liquid Meal Replacement and Afterburner
