For your convenience we have created four separate packages to match the recommendations found in the book, How to Get Off Psychiatric Drugs Safely.
The first two packages found below are the complete packages. One is if you have Anxiety/Insomnia and the other is the Fatigue.
The third package below is created to match Step 1 and Step 2 of the pre-taper for fatigue and the last package on this page is to match Step 1 of the pre-taper if you have anxiety/insomnia.
